Current Announcements

**Please REFRESH PAGE when logging into this website. Schedules may have changed

5/20/20:  Please understand that WHEN we are permitted to re-open, there will be a period of time that the pool will remain closed so we can re-hire staff, train, and review new guidelines.  Our hours, schedule, and pricing will change temporarily as well.  We are trying to do as much as possible now but things change EVERYDAY.  Also, on May 15th we found a major leak in one of our filter pits that requires major construction to fix.  This may delay opening but we are trying so hard to get it repaired asap so not to delay getting you back in the water.

5/14/20:  Phase One of Reopening Columbia County specifically prohibits pools and showers from re-opening at this time.  Phase One: “Keep pools closed to recreational swim activities, swimming lessons, and all other aquatic activities.”  We are continuing to keep in touch with our County Officials to determine when we can get our VALUABLE PATRONS and our APPRECIATED STAFF back in the water.  We just can’t express how much WE MISS everyone!
4/20/20:  First and foremost, we are updating you to let you know that we miss each and every one of you!  We also want you to know management is closely monitoring the Governors recommendations and rules as to when we can reopen.  We are also in close contact with local pools throughout the Portland area to gain information and follow the best course to keep us all safe.  When the time comes for Phase One of reopening America, we will do our very best to keep you informed of HOW we will reopen the pool.  There WILL be changes and we WILL need your support and understanding so we can keep you and our employees safe and healthy.  Please know we are nothing without our patrons and look forward to serving our community!
3/16/20: All the Staff and Board Members at Eisenschmidt Pool wanted to reach out to our patrons during this uncertain and difficult time to remind you that as fellow swimmers, water lovers, and humans on planet earth, we are all in this together.  We deeply sympathize that as active people, it is tough not to have access to your local pool, neighborhood gyms, and other exercise facilities at this time. We do feel we are doing this for the greater good.  Exercise classes,  swimming lessons, lap swimming and swim team WILL come back in the future.  Swimmers are resilient.  Our sport has taught us as much. In the meantime, we encourage you to stay healthy and keep your social distance with activities.  We are here with you in spirit even when we’re not able to swim.
WE’RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!
